These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aibys.net (the "Site"), operated by AI By Your Side LLC ("AIBYS," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site is informational

Content on the Site — including descriptions of systems, demo experiences, the AI readiness check, and illustrative sample data — is provided for general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and demo systems and sample data are illustrative rather than representations of specific client results.

Service engagements

Any consulting, automation, education, or custom-build services are provided under a separate written agreement between you and AIBYS. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, and submitting the assessment request form creates no obligation for either party.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by AIBYS or its licensors. AIBYS™, AI By Your Side™, AI Education & Advisory™, Workflow Automation™, Custom AI Solutions™, AOA™, AI Business Office™, Company Brain™, AI Concierge™, and Business Agents™ are trademarks of AI By Your Side LLC. No license to use our content or marks is granted by your use of the Site.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access.
• Don't submit false, unlawful, or harmful content through our forms.
• Don't scrape, copy, or republish Site content at scale without permission.

Communications

If you provide contact information, we may respond to your inquiry by email, phone, or text as described in — and subject to the consents in — our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
