Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our assessment request form or email us, we collect what you share with us — typically your name, email address, business name, what you'd like help with, an optional message, and an optional phone number.
Technical basics. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation.
The AI readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted, stored, or tracked by us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or deliver your AI Readiness Assessment.
- To provide and improve our services.
- To communicate with you about your request, including by phone or text where you have consented (see below).
Calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, you agree that AIBYS may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing dave@aibys.net.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate — for example, website hosting, Google Workspace (where form submissions may be stored), scheduling, and communication tools — which process information on our behalf.
- Legal requirements, if we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
Our site does not currently set tracking cookies of its own. If we add analytics to understand how the site is used, we will update this policy accordingly.
Data retention
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, deliver services, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
